Cell Ranger v10 highlights
- Cell Ranger v10 now supports analysis of GEM-X Flex v2 data! Users can now multiplex up to 384 samples in a single GEM Well.
- Improvements have been made to the cell calling algorithm.

Probe Sets v1.1
The Flex assays use probes targeting protein coding genes in the human or mouse transcriptomes. Each probe consists of a pair of oligonucleotides hybridized to the targeted transcript and are subsequently ligated.
